My Personal Organizer
My Personal Organizer is a bookmarking tool built directly into the CPS website which enables you to bookmark any pages you have been browsing for easy access at a later time. By logging in with an existing username or signing up for a new account, you can save any pages relevant to your needs to the My Personal Organizer tool.
Adding Bookmarks
Once logged in, you may add any page throughout the CPS website by clicking the “Add to Organizer” button typically located in the lower right hand corner of the page. A notice will pop up to tell you that your page has been added to the organizer, simply press “ok” to complete the process. Your bookmarked pages are automatically saved and organized into their respective sections in the My Personal Organizer tool. If the page you are bookmarking does not have its own category in your organizer, that category will be created automatically.
Using Bookmarks
While on the home page, you can locate the My Personal Organizer tool on the right hand side of the page, next to the Latest News. While on any other page, you can locate the My Personal Organizer tool on the left hand side of the page, below the menu. To access your bookmarked pages, simply click on the category you wish to view and a list of saved bookmarks for that section will appear underneath. Click on the title of that bookmark to navigate to the specific page.
Removing Bookmarks
At any time you may remove a bookmark from the My Personal Organizer tool by clicking the red “X” to the right of the page. The page will refresh, and any categories no longer holding any bookmarks will become hidden from view.
