Q. How do I access the secured areas of the cpsinsurance.com Web site?
A. You will need to register for an account. Please visit the Site Registration page to register.
Q. How do I obtain a forgotten password?
A. Please visit the Password Retrieval page, fill out the form and your password will be emailed to you.
Q. I never received my registration confirmation email so I can't log in.
A. It may have been removed from your inbox by a junk/spam filter. Typically, you can 'whitelist' senders that you never want filtered. We've compiled instructions on how to 'whitelist' for many different filtering service providers. Alternately, you can request to have the confirmation email sent again by attempting to log into the site. A link will then be displayed allowing you to resend the confirmation email.
Q. I'm having trouble logging in even though I am using the correct email address and password.
A. Our site requires your browser to accept 'cookies'. Check to see if your 'cookie' settings are the problem:
- In IE, go to Tools/Internet Options/Privacy/Sites and ensure cpsinsurance.com is not listed as blocked.
- On the Privacy tab, set the default level. This should use the "medium" settings.
- On the Privacy tab, press Advanced and ensure "Override automatic cookie handling" is not selected.
- On the Security tab, set the default level. This should use the "medium" settings.
Vital Suite of Products
Q. I'm having trouble viewing quotes generated by the Vital Suite of Products.
A. The two most common problems with using the Vital Suite of Products are not having Adobe Reader installed and having a Pop-Up blocker running when trying to view your quotes. To resolve these issues, install Adobe Reader and disable your Pop-Up blocking software.
Case Status Live
Q. How do I obtain a user name and password for Case Status Live?
A. Case Status Live is available to producers who have a total of 5 pending and/or paid cases. To request your user ID and password for Case Status Live, please fill out the Case Status Live User ID Request Form. Once we match your name, or corporation's name, to the records in our agency management system, we will send you an email with the user name and password you need to use to access Case Status Live. This "sign up" process will take less than an hour, during normal business hours.
Q. I forgot/lost my Case Status Live user name and password.
A. Please fill out the Site Support Submission Form. A member of our staff will look up your Case Status Live user name and password and email it to you.

Q. How do I obtain Policy Holder Service forms?
A. Policy Holder Service forms are available in our Apps and Forms section. After selecting a state and carrier from the drop-down lists, select "Policyholder Service" from the "Choose A Product/Service Type:" drop-down list. When you click search, all available Policy Holder Service forms will be available to you.
